JOB2CAREER is a U.S. based recruiting and staffing company headquartered in Miami, Florida.  N.I.C.E (Nurses for International Cooperative Exchange) is its nurse recruitment division. In India it operates out of Kochi, Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. It also has a liaison office in Dubai. JOB2CAREER/NICE is owned and managed by a consortium of American doctors, lawyers, immigration experts and other professionals. Their expertise in the field has enabled JOB2CAREER/NICE to train and recruit more than 200 qualified nurses from India to the U.S. and another 200 nurses are in different stages of visa processing. These nurses not only get placed in some of the leading medical facilities in the U.S., they also get to work with some of the leading medical experts in the world and use systems and technologies that are state of the art.

For qualified nurses who pass the screening test conducted in the JOB2CAREER/NICE offices in India, the company offers free training for CGFNS, which is the qualifying examination for nurses who wish to work in the U.S., for IELTS, which essentially tests their knowledge and proficiency in the English language and NCLEX, an examination held in the U.S. in order to obtain a license to work as a registered nurse in that country. JOB2CAREER/NICE also advances the fees for all the above exams for the selected nurses.  

JOB2CAREER/NICE recruit nurses only on Green Card (Immigrant visa) and also processes visa applications for their family, i.e. spouse and children. On passing the CGFNS examination, JOB2CAREER/NICE begins the Visa application procedures by filing for the I-140/Green card petition on behalf of the successful candidates and their families. The entire visa processing presently takes about 12-16 months.

In the meantime the company trains the candidates for the IELTS and NCLEX-RN examinations. Not only is the training for these examinations free, JOB2CAREER/NICE advances the examinations fees as well. It also awards a bonus of Rs.5000 for passing the CGFNS examinations. JOB2CAREER/NICE also advances the expenses of Air travel, different certifications like CES, Visa Screen, etc. Those candidates who have passed the CGFNS and/or IELTS examinations on their own and later sign up with JOB2CAREER/NICE are reimbursed the examination fee(s) and receive a bonus of Rs.5000.

On arrival in the U.S. JOB2CAREER /NICE will arrange and assist in providing the nurses housing, transportation, furniture, health screening, social security, bank accounts and help in appearing for the NCLEX-RN examination. They will be placed in some of the best hospitals in California, Florida and New York, which are J2C's placement locations currently. They can start working immediately after passing the NCLEX-RN examination. The nurses will be paid according to the prevailing wages rate in the particular state where they are placed. JOB2CAREER also provides the nurses with additional benefits like paying for their Medical Insurance, Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation insurance.

J2C/NICE is expanding their area of placements to at least three more states in the near future so that their nurses have a larger option while choosing their employment location.
