  6. Diploma / Degree Certificate
  7. Diploma / Bsc Final Transcript
  8. Nursing Registration License / Certificate
  9. Passport copy
  10. Marriage Certificate (If Married)
  11. Photographs - 8 No's


For the Immigration purposes
