Salary and Benefits in the USA

Job2career pays an excellent remuneration package to the nurses.  Your base hourly wage will be determined after your hospital placement and will be based on the local prevailing wage of nurses in your location.  Base hourly wages generally range from $18 to $30 but are always well above the average salary for any worker in the United States. 

You will be working a minimum of three 12 hour shifts a week amounting to 36 hours/week.  You will be paid an overtime wage of 1.5 times your base salary for any hours over 40 worked in one week.  You may also be paid a night differential depending on the location of your placement.
